We have gathered a huge pile of conkers to deter spiders on Iris and Misterton!! Let us know when you need help painting - I am speedy but messy!!?
Had you thought about 24 volt? Michelle's Dad has this on his bus and is most pleased, works well for running battery power tools. Also they're a bit clinical but what about LED lights?

I did think about 24v, but 12v equipment is a bit more common i.e. cheap :).I really need to see if these bulbs are any good at 12v.
24v could still be an option, as we're starting from zero.
